Chinese food is popular all over the world. Most Chinese dishes are easy and not too complex to create. Chinese cooking involves looking at the combination of the ingredients. Sometimes a different combination of same ingredients creates unique dishes. There are hundreds of cooking methods in China. However, the most common methods are stir-frying, deep-frying, shallow-frying, braising, boiling, steaming and roasting.
In this class you will learn to create easy Chinese dishes similar to the ones you may have eaten in Chinese restaurants, but without the fat and the added MSG. You will be surprised how easy it is to create Chinese recipes with simple every day ingredients.
