If you thought Japanese food was just about sushi, then you're definitely in for a pleasant surprise. Although sushi, raw fish and noodles are popular Japanese dishes, there's more to explore in this cuisine.
The traditional cuisine of Japan is influenced by Chinese and recently it has also taken influence from the western world to create its own unique flavours.
Japanese cuisine is depicted by subtle and unique flavours with great dishes such as katsu curry, teriyaki and udon noodles.
In this class you will learn and prepare traditional katsu curry from scratch adding in your own level of spiciness as well as trying your hand at preparing some sushi.
