How to order

You can call us to set up an appointment and come in for a consultation to discuss ideas, colours, and themes. However, Fruitima requires notice at least 2 weeks prior to the event. We have a wide range of designs at your disposal, and they can be chosen from our online catalogue, or we can also work with you to create something unique and extraordinary, exclusively for our clients. We attach high value to your opinions and our company thus assures you customizing in orders.

Once all the items have been decided upon in light of the customers’ desires, Fruitima will send you an invoice, and once booked, it is our company’s policy that the client pays the bare minimum of 50% of invoice amount up front as down payment. The remaining balance is then to be paid 2 weeks before the event.

On the day of the event, customers will get the orders delivered to the venue and items set-up according to their instructions.
