Nasima’s expertise in Asian cooking stems her history of family owned restaurants in the UK serving delicious Thai, Bengali and Indian cuisines. Growing up in a family that are expert and authentic food, Nasima has certainly accumulated such talents from her ancestors. Her expertise in combining different spices, herbs and fresh ingredients to create flavoursome recipes will give you the opportunity to acquire these skills yourself.
