Cookery Class in Berkshire

Whether you are looking for a unique experience to enjoy with your friends, or just want to excel in your cooking skills, our cookery classes are the perfect gateway for an amazing cooking experience.  The workshops will take place in the heart of Windsor and Maidenhead (Berkshire) in our tranquil natural setting, with lush green foliage as the backdrop to your culinary journey.

 

 

What Will You Learn

Each class is around 3 hours long. Our approach to teaching and learning is simple, we encourage you to get involved and learn by doing and getting totally immersed. We will show you how to use everyday ingredients as well as fresh ingredients to add unique flavours to tantalize the taste buds.

 

The group sizes are small, so you will get ample opportunity to ask questions and have time with your teacher.

About Chef Nasima

Nasima’s passion for cooking goes back to her childhood in Bangladesh where the rich cultural tradition and authentic food inspired her to be creative in the kitchen.

Nasima, being an authentic food revolutionist, is blessed to have a family, who is purely in love with Asian food and owns several restaurants in the UK serving delicious Thai, Bengali and Indian cuisines. Growing up in a family that are expert and authentic food, Nasima has certainly accumulated such talents from her ancestors. Her expertise in combining different spices, herbs and fresh ingredients to create flavoursome recipes will give you the opportunity to acquire these skills yourself.

Nasima has been cooking Indian food from the age of 12, her history, experience and knowledge is a perfect combination to give you the great start to your Indian cooking journey.
