Become a master of Thai cuisine. You’ll learn the fundamental yet versatile techniques behind Thai cooking, select the fresh ingredients for your Gaeng Khiao Waan Gai or Green Curry. Make your own fresh curry paste from scratch. Fragrant, fresh, spicy and creamy - Thai cuisine is a delight for all the senses.

Lesson Structure

1. Create your own Thai green curry paste using fresh spices.
2. Create a Thai green curry with vegetables and chicken
3. Sticky Rice
4. Papaya Salad with sweet and sour dressing

Terms & Conditions

- Please note you will not be able to take your food with you as we are not licensed to provide food take aways. 

- You will cook together and consume your food at the premises. 

- We hold 5 star food hygiene certificate from Windsor and Maidenhead Council.
