Crispy Vegetable Pakora Recipe

We usually have a healthy diet during the fasting period and avoid fried and fatty food. However, this one dish I actually love deep fried. This recipe takes the original pakora method but with added vegetables and a dash of ground rice to give it the extra crunch. It's perfect with home-made tamarind sauce.
