Nasta Nusta Time - Falafel Chaat It's April 2020 and we are in Covid19 Lockdown part1.0. How crazy is the world right now? Sad news everywhere and our heart is broken. But we are all trying to stay strong, stay positive and trying to make the most of what we have. The thing that keeps me occupied is spending more time with my family; sitting and eating together, and having a nice cup of chai with your perfect snack.

Falafel chaat is my own concoction of the Turkish delicacy with a hint of Indian style street food.

Whatever you are going through, enjoy the time with the people you have and enjoy a nice cup of masala chai with my delicious falafel chaat.

So here is my chatpati nasta - Falafel Chaat - with Spicy Yogurt Sauce…….perfect with some karak chai.
